Internal Application Form (2nd Reminder)

Dear 2nd Year Students,


The submission system shows that very few students have already submitted the forms and relevant documents. You are expected to have secured an internship position with confirmation from the company by *** 15 MARCH 2015 ***

This is NOT the deadline of application submission. Please follow the following two steps:


Step 1: Submit the Online Application on Moodle

(1) Completed Internal Application Form

(2) Unofficial transcript (attach color photo 1x1 inches size), 

and (3) latest CV or resume in PDF files. 


Step 2: Letter of asking company

Once submitted you will be notified, please come to the administrative office on 8th floor as soon as possible (contact person: Ms.Wannipha or P'Pha) to receive an official letter of asking company in order to request prior approval for an internship. Your supervisor (or contact person in the company) must sign on Acceptance Form whether the internship is accepted or not. Approximately at least 5-7 days to receive a reply from company by post mail.
