Dear SE Year 2,
This is to remind you the internship progress meeting is held on Tue 21 June 2016, 13:30 - 16:30, Room IC04. For this meeting, please prepare a short presentation (about 5 minutes) to provide the following information to the internship committee:
- Brief background of the company and the department you are working in
- Tasks that you have been assigned to work on during your internship
- Description (possibly including the requirements and mock-ups) of the computer program(s) that you will develop and deliver to the company
- Problems experienced so far
Confidential information should not be put in your slides. Please check with your supervisor that the information you include in the slides is permitted to shared with the internship committee and other SE students.
If you are working on the project in the same company with other SE Year 2 students, you can give one presentation for the whole team (in which case you are given up to 10 minutes for your presentation).
Please kindly inform your supervisor that you have been asked to attend this meeting. There's no need to submit to the internship committee a leave request for your absence from the company to attend this progress meeting on 21 June. But if your company requests that you hand them a leave request, then please do so.
If you are unable to attend this progress meeting, please email Dr. Natthapong (natthapong.ju@kmitl.ac.th) stating the reason.
